General Building Rental Rules and Policies * If we are more than 30 days from the date of the event, you may put down either the rental fee or the deposit at the time of reservation, the balance is due 30 days prior to the event. * If we are less than 30 days from the date of the event, both the rental fee and deposit are due at the time of reservation. * If we are 2 weeks from the date of the event, we require both the rental fee and deposit in CASH at the time of reservation. * No reservations can be made with less than a 7 day advance notice. * When you come in to reserve a building, the renter much be at least 21 years old and we will take a copy of your Driver's License or State Issued Photo ID. * A recent (within a week) copy of your alpha report is required at the time of reservation if your event will take place within one week. * We require the name of your entertainment of DJ. If we discover or have had multiple problems with a particular entertainer or DJ, you will be requested to obtain other services or cancel your reservation. * If you are going to ANY alcohol at your event. We require security for the entire time you will be in the building and insurance. The insurance must be in the name of the renter, be in the amount of at least $300,000 and name the park district as an additional insured. Insurance and Proof of Security must be provided at least 1 week prior to your event. * To ensure a 100% refund of the deposit, you must leave the building clean, free from damages, we can not receive any police reports indicating there was a problem, and have followed all rules and polices as stated in the contract. * If you desire to cancel your reservation, you can receive a 100% refund if canceled within 72 hours from the date you reserve the building. If canceled after 72 hours, we maintain 20% of all monies paid. |
