Be one of the first to take on the newly installed disc golf course at KVPD Civic Woods!
The Civic Woods Showdown is a PDGA-sanctioned disc golf tournament taking place Saturday, October 17 at Civic Woods in Kankakee. This event gives players the chance to compete on KVPD’s brand-new 9-basket course, playing the layout twice for a full 18-hole round.
Whether you’re an experienced tournament player or ready to put your skills to the test on a new local course, the Civic Woods Showdown is a great opportunity to experience this exciting addition to the Kankakee Valley Park District.
Six playing levels are available based on player rating:
Gold Level: 970+ rating
Blue Level: 935–969
White Level: 900–934
Red Level: 850–899
Green Level: 800–849
Purple Level: Under 799
Each division will award trophies to the winner and runner-up.
Registration is $20 per player through October 10.
