College Self Defense

This class covers the skills needed to help prepare those attending college.  Skills include both mental and physical awareness and campus safety. Simple, easy to remember tactics for anyone. Taught by certified Soo Bahk Do instructor and 7th Degree Black belt, Steven Lemner.

Class will meet at Lemners Soo Bahk Do (485 W. Broadway in Bradley).
