Try Hockey for Free Day

Give hockey a try at Ice Valley Centre Ice Arena!

Kids ages 4–10 are invited to join us for Try Hockey for Free on Saturday, October 3 from 6:15–7:00 pm. This beginner-friendly event is a great way for kids to get on the ice, learn a few hockey basics and experience the sport in a fun, no-pressure setting.

No previous hockey experience is required, and participation is completely free. All your child needs to bring is a helmet. Bike helmets are welcome!

Each participant will receive:

• A hockey stick
• A street hockey ball
• Free skate rental
• An exclusive Chicago Blackhawks ticket offer for the 2026–27 season
