Dear Community,

We are excited to introduce Rink Management Services Corporation (RMSC) to the community. RMSC is partnering with KVPD to manage Ice Valley Centre Ice Arena and Splash Valley Aquatic Park. RMSC manages many different facilities. They are the largest operator of  ice skating facilities in the US. In addition to ice rinks, other recreational properties include recreation and sports arenas, sports fields, and indoor/outdoor aquatic centers. They are also very involved in facility development and design and have participated in over 47 ice rink construction projects. RMSC has been instrumental in providing recreation to the community and managing the Effingham Park District's sports and wellness complex for the past 5 years. KVPD Board of Commissioners is very confident in RMSC’s ability to provide recreation in our community.
