Throughout this difficult time, we have reduced expenses, reduced staffing, continue to maintain our parks with a reduction in staff and remained fiscally responsible. Our priority is to provide parks and recreation for our community. We sincerely appreciate your support and patience as our team continues to work quickly to adapt to the current situation & focus on keeping you safe.
Staff has spent the last several months developing plans and implementing modifications that will provide enriching experiences, while adhering to the guidelines provided by local health officials and the Restore Illinois Plan. Modifications will allow for:
With the increase of positive COVID-19 cases in our area, the wellness of our staff and community is of the utmost importance to us. Unfortunately, Ice Valley Centre Ice Arena has been heavily affected in recent weeks by COVID-19. We have no other choice at this time but to cancel all classes, programming and events at the arena.
At this time, we will be closed December 23-26. We will reassess our current situation on December 26 for a potential reopening on December 27. We will post an update on December 27 to our Facebook page and website.
The Kids New Year's Eve Bash that was scheduled for Friday, December 31 will also be cancelled as a precaution.
We hope you have a safe and healthy holiday.

Please use the proper trash receptacles or carry out any litter during your visit including tissues, gloves, or pet waste.
